The Automatic 100ml Short Fill E-Liquid Gorilla Bottle Filling Machine is built with high-quality materials. The parts that come into contact with the liquid are made of SUS316L stainless steel, while the rest of the machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. This machine is capable of filling a variety of bottle sizes, including 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, and 100ml Chubby Gorilla Bottles, making it a versatile choice for businesses.
The operation is simple, and the bottle feeding, filling, capping, capping and bottle discharging are automatically completed by the machine.PLC control, no bottle no filling, no capping, accurate measurement magnetic torque screw cap, no wear, adjustable cap torque, no damage to bottle and cap.
Workflow: bottle feeding→filling→adding inner plug and outer cap→screw capping→self adhesive labeling→ribbon printing (optional)→inkjet printing (optional)→bottle collecting→cartoning (optional).
The machine is mainly used for CBD oil electronic cigarette oil , eye drops , essential oil , nail polish , eye shadow and other products automatically filling , plugging in and screw capping.

Features :
1. This machine uses mechanical am to screw caps , equipped with automatic sliding device , prevent cap damage .
2. Peristaltic pump or piston pump measuring ,( if use piston pump , when the filling volume difference is large , the corresponding pump body needs to be replaced),accurate measurement, easy to control.
3. Filling system has suction / anti - drip device .
4. Color touch screen display , PLC control system , no bottle no filing ( only peristaltic pump )/ no adding plug / no capping .
5. Machine shell is made of 304 stainless steel , easy to clean , meets GMP standard .
