Maintenance tips for labeling machines
1. Adjustment of the brush pressing device
The center of the brush is aligned with the label and symmetrical on both sides. The brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlapping gap of the brush sweeping across the container is: 10mm~15mm for a single brush and 5mm~10mm for a combined brush. The distance between the cleaning brush and the sponge is 1mm~2mm. Adjustment of the bottle pressing head. The bottle pressing head should be 20mm lower when there is no bottle than when there is a bottle.
2. Adjustment of the label box
The center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station and the label paper are tangent, and the three points of the center axis of the label plate are in a straight line. Adjust the label plate to be tangent to the label paper (0 distance), and then move the label box closer by 1mm~2mm. The gap between the label paper in the label box and the pressure strips on both sides should be between 0.8mm-1mm. If the gap is too large, the label paper will shift in the label box, resulting in a slanted label. If the gap is too small, it will cause poor label pushing. Adjustment of the label box grabbing hook position: The upper and lower, left and right grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane and work evenly on the label paper, so the label can be grabbed smoothly. Adjustment of the label supply roller: When there is no label, the label pressing plate can press to the front end of the label box and when the label is installed, the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed.
3. Adjustment of the bottle inlet star wheel, bottle outlet star wheel, and bottle inlet spiral rod
When adjusting the bottle inlet and outlet star wheels and bottle inlet spiral rod, the bottle pressing head of the label machine shall prevail. First adjust the bottle inlet star wheel. When the bottle pressing head just presses down the bottle, adjust the bottle inlet star wheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the star wheel groove. Adjustment of the bottle inlet spiral rod: Based on the bottle inlet star wheel, when the bottle is located in the middle of the bottle inlet star wheel groove, adjust the spiral rod so that the bottle inlet side of the spiral rod is close to the bottle but does not move. Adjustment of the bottle outlet star wheel: When the bottle pressing head is just lifted, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is located in the middle of the star wheel groove.
4. Adjustment of marking station
Adjustment of scraper plate and rubber roller: There should be no gap between scraper plate and rubber roller in the whole length. If there is a gap, the scraper plate can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt. Adjustment of rubber roller and marking plate: The marking plate and rubber roller are just in contact with each other without any pressure. If the gap is too large, there will be too much glue on the marking plate, causing glue throwing. If the gap is too small, the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away, and there will be no glue on half of the marking plate. Practice has shown that the gap between the marking plate and the rubber roller is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. This can be achieved by adjusting the bearing seat at the bottom of the rubber roller, and adjusting the bearing at the top of the rubber roller when necessary.
