3. The impurity filter should be removed and cleaned frequently (generally, it should be cleaned every 1-2 months, for example, the cleaning time should be shortened if the package is fragmented).

4. After 2-3 months of continuous operation, the back cover should be opened, 30 pairs of sliding parts and switch bumpers should be lubricated, and the connection active parts on the heating rod should be lubricated according to the service conditions.

5. Check the pressure reducing, filtering and oil mist triple parts 24 frequently to ensure that there is oil (sewing oil) in the oil mist and oil cup, and there is no water in the filter cup.

6. The heating strip and silica gel strip shall be kept clean, and no foreign matters shall be stuck to avoid affecting the sealing quality.

7. The two layers of paste on the heating rod and under the heating plate play an insulating role. When it is damaged, it should be replaced in time to avoid short circuit.

8. The working pressure of vacuum packing machine has been set to 0.3MPa, which is more appropriate. Do not adjust it too much without special circumstances.

9. The vacuum packaging machine is not allowed to tilt and impact in the process of handling, let alone put down for handling.

10. The vacuum packing machine must have reliable grounding device during installation.

11. Do not put your hand under the heating rod to prevent injury. Cut off the power supply immediately in case of emergency.
