Application: the production line is mainly used for automatic filling production of perfume, disinfectant, toilet water, gel water, rhinitis, beriberi, burn spray and watermelon frost spray.
Performance features:
1. Workflow: bottle management - bottle washing (optional)? --Filling - adding nozzle - upper cover (optional) - capping - Labeling - coding / spraying (optional).
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. The machine has the function of no bottle, no filling (only for peristaltic pump), no nozzle / no cover.
4. Stainless steel piston pump quantitative filling, pneumatic upper cover, lifting screw cover. It has the advantages of accurate filling measurement, stable capping and simple operation.
5. The upper cap positioning device ensures that the nozzle plastic pipe can enter the bottle mouth accurately when it is too long or bent.
6. The filling needle is submerged into the bottom of the bottle to fill and slowly rise to prevent foaming. Grasp type flexible screw head, the tightness can be adjusted freely.
7. The main electrical components of the machine are of foreign famous brands.
8. The shell of the machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP standard.
