This machine is suitable for labelling of unstable cylindrical objects, such as oral liquid bottles of various specifications, safety bottles, reagent tubes, pencils, solid rubber bottles, penholder, lipstick, etc.
Application: This machine is widely used for labeling cylindrical type bottles or objects, such as oral liquid bottles, reagent tubes, cartridges, solid gel mascara, lipstick, etc.
Performance feature:
1. Workflow: automatic bottle dropping (optional)→conveying→detecting bottle→output label→track labeling→output.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. The application of flexible bottle separation technology ensures smooth labeling and low bottle breakage rate.
4. Adopts lateral recumbent roller conveyor mechanism, the conveying chain is inclined, then the bottle is automatically guided, and the conveying and labeling are stable.
5. The output label mechanism adopts servo motor control, with fast speed and high accuracy.
6. The applicable label material is self-adhesive label.
7. Automatic photoelectric tracking system, has function of no product no labeling, so that prevent missing label or wasting label.
8. Can equipped with ribbon coding/inkjet printer (optional).
9. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
10. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
