Application: the machine is mainly used for filling and capping syrup, beverage, soy sauce, vinegar, cod liver oil, olive oil, liquid calcium, wine, liquid fertilizer, essential oil, toner, hair oil, washing liquid, ink, disinfectant, injection, industrial alcohol and various medical liquids.
Performance features:
1. The plunger type metering pump is used for filling, with high precision; the structure of the pump adopts quick connection disassembly mechanism, which is convenient for cleaning and disinfection.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display, the machine has automatic counting function.
3. The filling needle is equipped with an anti dripping device.
4. When filling, the filling head sneaks into the bottom of the bottle and rises slowly, which can effectively prevent bubbles.
5. The main electrical components of the machine are of foreign famous brands.
6. The shell of the machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which fully conforms to GMP standard.
