Function:
1. Workflow: washing -- drying --preliminary sterilization (infrared quartz tube, oven 2 meters long) -- filling -- sealing.
2. This machine uses PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. Mainly used for 1-15ml straight tube bottle (with easy pull lid or aluminum cover) filling, adding cover and sealing.
4. Achieve reliable bottle transporting and tracking filling by screw, which is not easy to produce foam. It transports the cover by electromagnetic vibration, high covering rate.
