Application: This machine is suitable for vacuum capping of glass bottle with tinplate cap, such as peanut butter, jam, mayonnaise, butter, honey, chili sauce, meat sauce, canned food, and so on products.



Performance feature:

1. Workflow: bottle feeding→adding cap (optional)→vacuum capping→output. 

2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.

3. Torque of capping and vacuum degree can be set as needed to ensure that the vacuum degree meets the standard.

4. Each bottle corresponds to one set mold.

5. Optional belt type cap elevator, high-speed and will not damage caps.

6. Equipped with hanging cap and pre rotation mechanism, the rotation of the cap is more stable.

7. The cap hanging, bottle holding, and cap rotating mechanisms are easy to adjust and suitable for various bottle types.

8. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.

9. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
