This machine is mainly used for perfume,disinfectant,repellent liquid,jelly water,rhinitis spirit,athlete's foot doctor,watermelon frost sprays and other products of automatic filling and capping.
Application: This machine is mainly used for filling and capping/crimping liquid such as alcohol, disinfectant, injection, oral liquid, syrup, milk, fruit juice, energy drinks, soy sauce, vinegar, wine, liquid fertilizer, toner, etc.
Performance feature:
1. Workflow: bottle feeding/sorting (optional)→filling→adding cap→capping/crimping→labeling (optional)→bottle collecting (optional).
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Machine use piston pump/peristaltic pump filling, fast speed and high precision.
4. When filling liquid, the filling nozzles dive into the bottom of bottle, rising slowly, can effectively prevent the generation of bubbles.
5. The filling nozzle was equipped with drip-proof device (optional).
6. Servo motor/mechanical arm control capping, with adjustable torque to prevent bottle cap damage.
7. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
8. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
