Usage :
Application: This machine is widely used for filling and sealing tomato sauce, honey, oil, ketchup, mayonnaise, yoghurt, shampoo, liquid detergent, hand lotion, etc.
Machine features:
1. The machine can automatically complete the following work: piston pump metering - Coding (optional) - bag making - filling - sealing - punching (optional) - counting.
2. Computer / PLC control system, photoelectric tracking, maximize the control accuracy, reliability and intelligent degree of the whole machine.
3. It is equipped with fault display system, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
4. Mixing device and material barrel heating device can be selected according to material characteristics.
5. The whole machine shell and contact materials are made of stainless steel.
6. This machine can be installed to code printing machine for 1-3 lines, such as production and expiry date.
Suitable packing materials:
PET/AL/PE, PET/PP, BOPP Film, Nylon compound film and other materials can be heat sealed.
