The YB-DT-30 is a dual nozzle, automatic pail filling machine designed with two powerful pumps for viscous as well as easy-flowing product. Separate plumbing systems allow for high speed filling of two pails at a time or for separation of different fluids.
Increase your pail filling capacity or blend two different fluids directly in the pail using a dual pump system.

Application: This machine is suitable for filling and capping various liquid and sauce products, such as dish-washing detergent, shampoo, laundry detergent, hand sanitizer, shower gel, edible oil, peanut butter, honey, coating, etc.
Performance feature:
1. Workflow: bottle feeding→filling→adding cap→capping→output.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Adopts servo motor to control rotor pump measuring, fast speed and very accurate measuring.
4. The filling nozzle comes with anti drip device, which prevents dripping or drawing during the filling process.
5. The rotor pump is particularly suitable for filling materials with high viscosity or containing particles.
6. Suitable for various regular or irregular bottles/big barrel that do not fall while standing on the conveyor line.
7. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
8. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
