The YB-FS880 is a medium-speed automatic shrink wrap bundler machine designed for shrink bundling bottles, cans, and cartons in the personal care, health and beauty, pharmaceutical, beverage, and chemical industries.
Automatic cuff-type thermal shrink packaging machine is designed for single objects or products without base support, this machine and the production line docking automatic feeding, wrapping, sealing and cutting, shrinkage, but shaping, without manual operation of automatic packaging equipment.
Can be 6 bottles, 9 bottles, 12 bottles, 15 bottles, 18 bottles, 20 bottles, 24 bottles and other packaging forms.
It is specially designed for automatic packaging production line of beer, beverage, purified water, fruit juice, dairy products and other drinks.
It has the full automation function of conveying feed, unwrapping bottle, wrapping film, sealing and cutting, shrinking, cooling and shaping process.
Adopting the world's advanced film thermostatic heat bonding technology, the sealing is clear and firm.
Application: This machine is mainly used for fully automatic shrink packaging of beer, beverages, purified water, fruit juice, jam, dairy products, cosmetics and other products.
Performance feature:

4. The induction switch controls the film delivery system, reliably regulating the length of the film delivery and reducing losses.
5. Unique contraction channel, two sets of centrifugal hot air circulation systems, evenly balanced heat, tight contraction, and beautiful appearance.
6. Three layers insulation treatment, good insulation performance, fast heating, and energy-saving.
7. Equipped with reinforced cooling and shaping channels.
8. It is convenient to adjust when change the packaging combination and bottle type, can achieve the function of one machine for multiple purposes.
