Usage:

This production line is mainly used for perfume, disinfectant, repellent liquid, jelly water, rhinitis spirit, athlete's foot doctor, bun spray, watermelon frost sprays and other products of automatic filling production.

Features:

1.Workflow: bottle unscrambling →filing →adding pump →adding cap (optional) →capping →labeling →ribbon printing/ink jet printing (optional).
2.Siemens PLC control system, Siemens color touch screen display,stable performance.
3.This machine has function of no bottle no filing(only peristaltic pump)/no adding pump/no adding outer cap (if has outer cap).

4.Peristaltic pump or piston pump measuring (if use piston pump, when the filing volume difference is large, the corresponding pump body needs to be replaced), pneumatic adding cap, lifting screw capping. Has advantages of accurate filling, smooth screw capping, and simple operation.
5.Cap positioning device, makes sure plastic pipe which is longer or curved could go to bottleneck accurately.
6.Fling nozzles dive into bottles to fill and rise slowly to prevent foaming. Catch type flexible screw lid/head, adjustable tightness.
7. Machine shell made of 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
