Application:
The cleated belt assembly qualifies good caps as they are metered up the belt or sends them back to the hopper to be re-qualified. The machine is automatically activated when the supply of caps in the chute is low and shuts off when the chute is satisfied. Designed to sort and orient a variety of flat caps from 10mm to 110mm, its quiet and efficient operation improves the productivity of the packaging line and helps reduce labor costs.
This machine is suitable for automatic capping of various glass bottles and plastic bottles, and is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, daily necessities, and chemical industries.
Performance feature:
1. Workflow: bottle feeding→adding cap (optional)→capping→output.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Optional cap elevator or cap vibrating feeder can be equipped to achieve fully automatic adding caps.
4. The bottle clamping belt can be adjusted individually to fit different height and shapes bottles.
5. Adjusting screw has digital position display function, reduces the difficulty of operation and avoid loose rubbing caused by inadequate adjustment.
6. The torque of the capping wheel is adjustable, avoiding damaging caps due to excessive capping force.
7. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
8. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
