Application: This machine is suitable for sealing various round tin cans, aluminum alloy cans, plastic cans, paper cans and other zip-top can.
Performance feature:
1. Workflow: feeding can (optional)→filling nitrogen (optional)→dropping cap→sealing→outputting.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Using 4 roller cutters for sealing, the sealing force is more uniform, and the performance indicators can meet international standards.
4. The roller that made of SKD 31 Japanese mold steel is imported from Taiwan. It adopts a front and back design and has a lifespan of over 5 million sealing cycles.
5. It has the functions of no lid no sealing, fault detection and shutdown, which reduce equipment failures effectively.
6. The cover loader can load up to 200 pieces (one tube) at a time.
7. No need to replace parts when change height of can, adopts hand cranked screw design, it takes about 5-10 minutes to adjust the height.
8. The defective rate is extremely low, with iron cans below one ten-thousandth, plastic cans below one thousandth, and paper cans below two thousandths.
9. The indenter adopts Cr12MoV quenching treatment, with a hardness exceeding 50 degrees and a service life exceeding one million cans.
10. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
11. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
