1. Workflow: automatic tube feeding→benchmarking→filling→heating tube inside→heating tube outside→sealing and stamping (optional)→cutting rounded corners/right angles→output tube.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Servo motor controls piston pump measuring, with high filling accuracy and fast speed.
4. No tube no filling, smooth and beautiful sealing.
5. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
6. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
