YB-ST60 Automatic Double Sides Labeling Machine
The machine can be used alone or combined with bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, inkjet printer, cartoning machine, etc. to form an unmanned automatic linkage production line according to production needs. It solves the problems of manual labeling such as oblique labeling, wrinkled labeling, inconsistent labeling, and slow labeling speed; at the same time, it saves a lot of labor costs, increases the beauty of the product, and enhances the direct benefits of the enterprise.

Performance feature:
1. Workflow: feeding bottle→pressing bottle and conveying→detecting bottle→outputting label→brush labeling→track labeling (optional)→outputting product.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. The output label mechanism adopts servo motor control, with fast speed and high accuracy.
4. The applicable label material is self-adhesive label.
5. Adjustable labeling head can be adjusted up, down, left, right.
6. Can be equipped with ribbon coding/inkjet printer (optional).
7. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
8. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
