Compared with infrared laser, the 355 UV light focus spot is very small. The marking effect is to directly break the molecular chain of the material through the short-wavelength laser, which greatly reduces the mechanical deformation and thermal deformation of the material (cold light). Therefore, it is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving, especially suitable for marking food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, drilling micro-holes, high-speed division of glass materials and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers and other application industries.
