Performance feature:
1. Workflow: bottle feeding (optional)→adding cap (optional)→four-wheel capping→output.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Optional cap elevator or cap vibrating feeder can be equipped to achieve fully automatic adding caps.
4. The spacing and height of the capping mechanism can be adjusted quickly, and the operation is simple.
5. The capping wheels are made of silicone rubber material, with adjustable torque to avoid damaging the bottle cap due to excessive capping force.
6. Main electrical components adopt foreign well-known brands.
7. Machine frame is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, meets GMP standard.
