Tracking filling has the following features:
Quick machine adjustment: The speed of changing bottle types and products is fast. It has a formula saving function. After saving parameters, one button press can complete the machine adjustment, saving time and being convenient and practical.
It is applicable to a wide range of bottle types: Any irregular-shaped bottles that can stand upright on the conveyor line are also suitable. There is no need for special adjustment. Just place the bottles on the conveyor line at will, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
High efficiency: Fast filling speed, good stability. The filling capacity is controlled by a servo motor in combination with a PLC, ensuring high filling accuracy. The filling capacity can be set and stored on the touch screen, and it has wide applications.
Leak-Free Nozzles: Each filling head is equipped with an anti-drip device, ensuring no leakage, no stringing, and no contamination of bottle mouths. The filling process remains clean and tidy.
Rotor Pump Advantages: Specifically designed for high-viscosity, high-density, and particle-containing liquids. The pump preserves the original quality of the material without any physicochemical reactions.
Easy Cleaning: The rotor pump features externally mounted dynamic/static ring mechanical seals, allowing direct water flushing or disassembly for thorough cleaning.
Quick-Connect Piping: All pipelines use sanitary quick-release couplings for fast installation, replacement, and maintenance.
Servo-Controlled Rotor Pumps: Deliver high-speed operation with metering accuracy.
Automatic Adjustment for Bottle Changes:
No manual intervention required—servo-driven mechanisms automatically adjust filling head height.
Conveyor guardrails auto-adjust in width.
