An automatic jar filling & capping line is a coordinated system of machines designed to automate the process of filling, capping,labeling, and preparing jars of honey, mustard jam, peanut butter, shea butter and fruit preserves for packaging.
Below is a breakdown of the components of this filling line and their roles in the production line::

Workflow Overview
1.Bottle / Jar Feeding: Empty jars are loaded onto the feeder table and aligned for processing.
2.Filling & Capping: The multi‑nozzle filling machine fills jars with honey, jam, peanut butter or shea butter, and seals them with caps.
3.Cap elevator for caps sorting and feeding.
4..Labeling: Product labels are applied automatically to the jar body.
5.Accumulation: Finished jars are temporarily stored on the accumulation table before final packaging or boxing.

1. Bottle Feeder Table
* Purpose: Automatically feeds empty bottles into the production line.
* Function:
   * Bottles are loaded onto the feeder table (manually or via a conveyor).
   * The system orients and transfers bottles sequentially to the next station (e.g., filling machine).
   * Ensures a continuous, stable supply of bottles to maintain production speed.

1-Nozzle Filling 1 Nozzle Capping Machine

* Filling Function:
   * Uses 1 nozzles  pump to fill multiple bottles simultaneously, increasing throughput.
   * Volumetric or piston-based filling for precise measurement (critical for liquids of varying viscosities).
   * Can handle different bottle sizes with quick-change setups.
* Capping Function:
   * Applies screw caps, snap-on caps, or pump dispensers.  
   * Torque-controlled capping ensures consistent sealing.

* Purpose: Applies labels to bottles (front/back, wraparound, or neck labels).Adjustable label dispensers, servo-driven mechanics for accuracy, and rejection systems for mislabeled bottles.

* Function:
   * Automatically picks and applies adhesive labels with precision.
   * Can handle multiple label types (e.g., waterproof labels for shampoo bottles).
   * Sensors ensure correct positioning and alignment.

WB-TP800 Bottle Accumulation Table

* Purpose: Acts as a buffer zone to manage workflow between machines.
 
* Function:
   * Temporarily stores bottles if downstream machines (e.g., packaging) experience downtime.
   * Prevents bottlenecks by allowing continuous operation of upstream machines (e.g., filling, labeling).
   * Often uses a conveyor with sensors to start/stop accumulation as needed.
Usage and Features
Application:
This production line is suitable for filling and capping semi-liquid products without or with small particles:such as sweet chili sauce, beef paste, bean sauce, mushroom sauce, tomato sauce, peanut butter, jam, honey, sauce, shrimp paste, shampoo, body wash, liquid detergent, dish washing liquid, etc.

1. Adopts plunger type metering pump filling, high precision; The structure of pump adopts fast disassembly institutions, easy to clean and disinfect.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. This machine has function of no bottle no filling and automatic counting.
4. The filling nozzle was equipped with drip-proof device.
5. When filling liquid, the filling nozzle dive into the bottom of bottle, rising slowly, it can effectively prevent bubbles.
6. Machine body and the parts contacting liquid are made of stainless steel, full compliance with GMP standard.
7. The machine comes with heating and stirring system, so that make the products more uniform, better mobility, easy to fill.
