This Tracking Filling equipment adopts a rotor pump tracking filling system, with each rotor pump independently controlled by a servo motor to ensure continuous filling precision and stability.
Leak-Free Nozzles: Each filling head is equipped with an anti-drip device, ensuring no leakage, no stringing, and no contamination of bottle mouths. The filling process remains clean and tidy.
Rotor Pump Advantages: Specifically designed for high-viscosity, high-density, and particle-containing liquids. The pump preserves the original quality of the material without any physicochemical reactions.
Easy Cleaning: The rotor pump features externally mounted dynamic/static ring mechanical seals, allowing direct water flushing or disassembly for thorough cleaning.
Quick-Connect Piping: All pipelines use sanitary quick-release couplings for fast installation, replacement, and maintenance.
Servo-Controlled Rotor Pumps: Deliver high-speed operation with metering accuracy.
Automatic Adjustment for Bottle Changes:
