This packing machine adopts a self-developed high-speed flexible parallel robot for grasping movement, ensuring products remain secure during high-speed grabbing and transferring. It is widely used for automatic sorting, picking, transferring, and packing of soft pouches and boxed products such as fast-moving consumer foods and meat products;
Due to its extremely simple structural design, the machine is easy to maintain and repair, with minimal spare parts and low maintenance costs;
This packing machine occupies minimal floor space and can operate in confined areas, improving site utilization efficiency. The control system uses a handheld teach pendant (optional) + standard control buttons + signal switches, featuring automatic/manual control modes. Fault points can be located via the handheld teach pendant for effortless troubleshooting.
